These notes describe current use of Pickleball Singles Network (PBSN). They are not attorney-reviewed and are not legal advice. Company registration, governing law, and dispute procedures have not been published.

The service

PBSN is an informational website for recreational singles pickleball. It currently lists places to play in San Diego and North County. Event listings are not published. Player profiles appear only after invitation, onboarding, and administrative approval. PBSN is an informational directory, not a league, club, ranking body, or payment processor.

Player accounts (draft — pending Jon review)

This section is draft product copy. It is not attorney-reviewed. No real production accounts may be invited until Jon approves it.

Membership is invitation-only. You must be an adult. You must provide accurate profile information and a photo you are allowed to use. PBSN may refuse, delay, suspend, or remove accounts and public listings, including for safety, honesty, or policy reasons. Changing your public name or photo returns those fields to review; the last approved name and photo remain public until the replacement is approved.

Sign-in uses a single-use email link. Keep that link private. Public profiles do not include your email or ZIP code. PBSN does not provide messaging, payments, rankings, or event registration in this version.

Accuracy and third parties

Listing details may change. Confirm hours, fees, access, waivers, and registration with the venue or organizer. PBSN does not own or operate the listed parks, does not sanction play, and does not rank players. Links to city or organizer sites are third-party sites; PBSN is not a party to those transactions.

Availability

The site may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed at any time. Do not rely on it as the sole source of safety, schedule, or eligibility information.

Respectful use

Use the site respectfully. Do not submit someone else's personal information through the contact form when that form is available. Do not treat unpublished or synthetic records as real people or events.

Review needed

Final legal terms, including any governing-law or entity details, require a later business and legal decision. Until then, this page is a conservative baseline only.
