What this site collects now

Browsing public pages does not require an account. Public pages use privacy-preserving Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not operate advertising, visitor-profiling analytics, email subscriptions, payments, or messaging.

Player accounts (draft — pending Jon review)

This section is draft product copy for invited player accounts. It is not attorney-reviewed. No real production accounts may be invited until Jon approves this language.

Invited players may create an account with a single-use email sign-in link. PBSN stores the account email, invitation metadata, session identifiers, profile fields, photo-consent records, and administrative review notes privately. Authentication email is transactional only (sign-in and invitation). PBSN does not host member inboxes.

Public profiles, when approved, may show full name, profile photo, city, region, self-described skill level, singles preferences, and an optional short bio. Email, exact ZIP code, authentication IDs, invitation data, review notes, moderation history, and account status are never shown on public pages.

Profile photos require the player to confirm they own the image or have permission, that it depicts them, and that PBSN may display it on their public profile and directory. That consent does not cover advertising, unrelated promotion, resale, or third-party licensing. PBSN may review, reject, suspend, or remove accounts and public listings. Players may request account deletion; PBSN will process requests as a later operations step. Intended audience is adults. Do not create an account for a child.

Account data is retained while the account is open and for a limited period after closure or suspension for security and review. Exact retention periods will be confirmed when this draft is approved.

Analytics

Public pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving measurement tool from our host. It does not use advertising trackers, does not create a PBSN visitor identifier, and does not add extra analytics cookies. Admin pages are excluded. This page is not attorney-reviewed legal advice.

Contact form

The online contact form is not sending messages. When it is enabled, it is designed to collect only a name, email address, and message. Message contents are not stored in the public directory database. If a message is actually received, the project plan is to keep it in a contact mailbox for up to 12 months. That mailbox is not a staffed help desk, and delivery is not live today.

Public listings

Public player listings, when published, show only approved public fields. Email, phone, and ZIP codes are not shown. PBSN does not collect event registration or payment.

Cookies and hosting

Pages are served from Cloudflare. We do not add extra advertising cookies. We do not sell your information. Any technical cookies the platform may set to deliver the page are not advertising trackers. Public-page measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics as described above.

Later changes

Account features are in preview. They are not live for the public until Jon approves this draft and a later production migration. Questions about this site can be sent through the contact page when the form is available.
